  Prepare for Pickup

  Ensure the sofa is in its original condition and securely packaged in its original protective wrapping to prevent damage during transit.

  Schedule Collection

  Our specialized furniture couriers will contact you to arrange a convenient time to collect the item directly from your living room.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once the item is inspected at our warehouse, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, minus a nominal restocking fee.
